Reboul & Henderson, Inc.'s professional accountants have training and experience in fields other than Investigative and Forensic Accounting. The prerequisite of a diverse financial background is unique among the firms which specialize in Investigative Accounting. Joel Chenevey joined Reboul & Henderson, Inc. as an investigative accountant in 1991. He is a senior associate and manages the Cleveland regional staff.

Joel attended Ashland College in business and received a BS in accounting from the University of Akron. Prior to working for R&H, Joel worked for Touche Ross and several small, local accounting firms. He began insurance claim accounting work in 1986 as an accountant for the public adjusting firm of Alex N. Sill Company. His previous experience often provides remarkable insight in the resolution of disputed claims.

Joel has served as an expert witness numerous times and is experienced in court testimony and giving depositions. He has also assisted defense attorneys with accounting issues at depositions.

Joel is a lifetime resident of the Akron-Canton area, but he works throughout the United States and Canada according to client needs. He also presents educational claims seminars to insurance industry personnel in response to client request. An avid sports fan, Joel has been a part of Pro Football's Hall of Fame Security Committee for years.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from LaSalle University and serving as an artillery captain in the U.S. Army, Jim received a Masters of Business Administration from Loyola College.

As Director of European Auditing for Armco, Inc., Jim spent two years in England working with Lloyds Underwriters. Later he returned to Cincinnati as Armco's Manager of Internal Controls. Jim was also Manager of Internal Controls for OHM Corp. prior to joining Reboul & Henderson, Inc. in 1993.

Jim works and resides in Cincinnati.
